What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the company and message fields. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do here is shared with advertisers.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use what you send only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to scope and deliver the project. The legal basis is your consent in reaching out, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. We never use it for newsletters or marketing automation unless you have separately asked us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential engagement, and then delete them when they are no longer relevant. Records tied to an actual engagement (e.g. invoices) are kept for as long as Slovenian and EU law requires.
Who can see it
Your message is read by us. It may pass through the email provider we use to send and receive mail. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where we are legally required to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to us using the contact address above and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
